Ordering & Payment

How can I order Auntie Arnie's?

You can order your favorites directly through our website at auntiearnies.ph. Simply choose your dishes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What are your online store hours?

We accept online orders Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, QR Ph, and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB). Simply choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Metro Manila. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Orders placed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, are delivered the same day.

How much is the delivery fee?

Enjoy FREE delivery in San Juan with a minimum order of ₱500. For all other areas within our delivery coverage, a flat delivery fee of ₱150 applies.

What if my order is delayed?

Orders on holidays, or affected by weather, rider availability, or stock, may arrive the next business day. Don't worry, we'll message you if that happens.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please keep your phone on and make sure someone can receive your order. If our rider can't reach you or no one can receive the order, it will be returned to us. To have it redelivered, a new delivery fee applies. If you'd rather cancel, your refund will be the order total minus the delivery and return fees. See our Delivery Policy for details.

Are Auntie Arnie's dishes ready to heat?

Our dishes are fully cooked and prepared for your convenience. Simply heat according to the instructions on the packaging and enjoy comforting Filipino favorites at home.

How should I store and prepare my orders?

Keep your Auntie Arnie's dishes frozen until you're ready to enjoy them. Simply follow the heating instructions on the packaging for a delicious, comforting meal at home.

How many people does each pack serve?

Our dishes come in two convenient sizes:

  • Everyday (350g): Ideal for 2–3 people.
  • Family (400–600g): Ideal for 4–5 people.

Serving sizes may vary depending on the dish and appetite.

What's the difference between Everyday Packs and Family Packs?

Everyday Packs are right-sized portions for two or three — perfect for smaller tables and baon. Family Packs are generously portioned for four or five — ideal for potlucks and weekend gatherings.
